CHECK THESE SOLUTIONS IF YOUR WASHER…
PROBLEM SOLUTION
Will not start. š Make sure the door is firmly closed.
š Make sure your washer is plugged in.
š Make sure the water source faucets are open.
š Make sure to press the Start/Pause Button to start your washer.
š Make sure the Child Lock is not activated. See page 22.
š Before your washer starts to fill, it will make a series of clicking noises
to check the door lock and do a quick drain.
š Check the fuse or reset the circuit breaker
Has no water or not enough
water.
š Turn both faucets on fully.
š Make sure the door is tightly closed.
š Straighten the water inlet hoses.
š Disconnect hoses and clean the screens. Hose filter screens may be
clogged.
š Open and close the door, then press the Start/Pause Button.
Has detergent remains in
the automatic dispenser
after the wash cycle is
complete.
š Make sure your washer is running with sucient water pressure.
š Make sure the Detergent Selector dial is in the upper position when
using granular detergent.
Vibrates or is too noisy. š Make sure your washer is set on a level surface. If the surface is not
level, adjust your washer feet to level the appliance.
š Make sure that the shipping bolts are removed.
š Make sure your washer is not touching any other object.
š Make sure the laundry load is balanced.
Stops š Plug the power cord into a live electrical outlet.
š Check the fuse or reset the circuit breaker.
š Close the door and press the Start/Pause Button to start your
washer.
For your safety, your washer will not tumble or spin unless the door is
closed.
š Before your washer starts to fill, it will make a series of clicking noises
to check the door lock and do a quick drain.
š There may be a pause or soak period in the cycle. Wait and it may
start.
š Check the screens on the inlet hoses at the faucets for obstructions.
Clean the screens periodically.
