To set Queue management
Configure the settings related to queue management.
1. Click <Setup>.
2. Select whether to use queue management.
3. Select the check box (
) at <Rule>, and name the rules.

You can make up to three rules.
4. Adjust the position and size of the rules using the mouse.
5. Set the detection level.

The detection level (waiting level) indicates the number of people who are
staying in the rules.

Set the maximum value and a high value for the detection
level for the Queue management event. The middle value is
automatically set.
• Event detection level: Alarm is generated when the current
level is higher than the set detection level.
- High State: The number of people detected is between
the high value and the maximum value.
- Medium State: The number of people detected is between the medium value and the high value.
7. Set whether to activate event by using the checkbox.
8. Set the minimum observation time. (Range 10~60)

9. Enable or disable the Report function.
If you select <Enable>, you can receive Queue Management statistical data at regular intervals.

In <Event> - <FTP/Email>, you should configure the FTP settings to receive data.
10. When done, click [Apply].
11. To delete all of Queue Management statistics data, click the <Delete all data> button.
12. Set the event operational conditions.
13. When done, click [Apply].
Heatmap
You can check the motion frequency on the screen in colors using the heat map.
1. From the Setup menu, select the <Statistics (
)> tab.
2. Select <Heatmap>.
To search heat map statistics
You can search the heat map for a date, and a heat map for a
desired period.
1. Click <Search>.
2. Designate a period.
If you set the date as <Recent>, you can perform search on
a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
If you select the date as <Period>, you can designate a search period on a daily, weekly and monthly
basis.
3. Click <Search>.
Heat map is displayed based on the selected condition.

Data searched is updated every 15 minutes. The real-time results displayed on the settings page may be different from the
search results.
4. To save statistics data after searching, click <Download>.
To set heat map
You can configure settings related to heat map.
1. Click <Setup>.
2. Select the <Configuration> tab.
3. Enable or disable the Heat Map option.
4. Select a background color.
5. Enable or disable the Report option.
If you select <Enable>, you can receive heat map data at
regular intervals.

In <Event> - <FTP/E-mail>, you should configure the FTP settings
to receive data.
