7. To delete all data from heat map, click the <Delete All Data> button.
8. Select the <Exclude area> tab.
9. Set the area to exclude from the heat map.

As People Counting, Queue Management, and Heat Map are intended to provide statistical data rather than real-time
accuracy, moving objects or animals may be counted in the number of people.

The camera lens used for People Counting, Queue Management, and Heat Map functions should be pointed directly toward
the ground. (refer to Figure 1)

Immediately after installing the camera, it may malfunction due to stabilization. The time for stabilization may take up to 50 to
60 minutes.

When using the queue function in an environment with short standby time, the event may occur excessively.
`
The error of the measured data may be increased in the following cases.

When the camera is installed in a space with an insufficient visual field.

Night and low-light environment (refer to Figure 2)

Environment is one in which sudden changes in illumination occur (for example, being affected by strong light such as
direct sunlight, sunset, sunrise or direct lighting) (refer to Figure 3)

Motion is continuously detected in a fixed spot (for example, around the entrance door) (refer to Figure 4)

When several people gather and move together
-
If any moving object is around the rule.

If setting a rule in an outskirt area of the image (refer to Figure 5)

If you designate a size of a moving object that is larger than the actual size in the calibration function, the number of
people counted may be smaller than the actual number.
On the other hand, if you designate the size of a moving object that is smaller than the actual size, the number of people
counted may be larger than the actual number.
