11. Troubleshooting
Observation
Possible cause/solution
The radio is not functioning properly.
⚫ Try performing a factory reset.
⚫ Turn off the radio, disconnect it from
the power source, wait 1 minute and
then reconnect the radio to the power
source and turn it on.
No Internet Connection
⚫ Ensure that Wi-Fi has been enabled in
settings and that the correct password
has been entered for the Wi-Fi
network.
⚫ Try performing a factory reset and
then try reconnecting to the Wi-Fi
network.
⚫ Turn off the radio, disconnect it
from the power source, wait 1
minute and then reconnect the
radio to the power source and turn
it on.
