Fit mounting bracket

onto
pivot pin [12]. Slide
washers
[10] and spacer [09]
onto
mounting
bolt
[08] and
fit
bolt
through
mounting
bracket [02] and
pivot pin
[12] until
it
meets
nut
[11 ].
Fit cover [14] over
mounting
bolt
[08].
Use
hex key
[1
5]
to
tighten mounting
bolt
[08] and
secure
mounting
bracket [02]
to
arm [01].
