Calibrating the RPM Sensor - Changing the 10Count Distance Value, Continued:
1) With your transmitter and receiver turned ON, and with an Active Telemetry connection, place your model on the ground.
2) Measuringininches(orcentimetersifusingKM/H)fromwhereyousetyourmodelontheground,slowlypushyourmodel
and measure the distance covered to complete 10 full revolutions of the RPM sensor (the Bind LED on your receiver will flash
10 times, indicating 10 full revolutions).
3) FromwithintheRPMmenuandwithUNIT>MPHorUNIT>KM/Hselected,
scrollUPorDOWNtohighlight10COUNTDIST>12.0or10COUNTDIST>30,
dependingontheUNIT>valueselectedpreviously.
4) PresstheENTERkey,thenscrollUPorDOWNtochangethe10CountDistance
value to match the measurement obtained in step 2 above. For example, if
your model traveled 2 feet (55cm) to complete 10 full revolutions, enter 24.0
(forMPH)or61(forKM/H).
10COUNTDISTsettingrangeis0.5to118.0forMPHand1to300forKM/H.
Thedefaultsettingis12.0forMPHand30forKH/H.
IMPORTANT: Changing the 10Count Distance value will change the Maximum Scale value. After calibration, you should
reset the Maximum Scale value back to the value you chose previously.
Battery Low Voltage Telemetry Data Display and Alert Alarm Options
TheVOLTmenuallowsyoutochangethewayreceiverormotorbatteryVoltageinformationisdisplayedontheTELEMETRYscreen
ALL and VOLT pages and when the receiver Low Voltage Alert alarm sounds. For example, the Maximum Voltage value can be
adjustedtocalibratetheVOLTIndicatorontheTELEMETRYscreenALLpage.Inaddition,youcanadjusttheVoltagevaluethat
the receiver Low Voltage Alert alarm will sound at to match the type of receiver or motor battery you're using.
2) PresstheENTERkeytoopentheLOGSETUPmenu,thenscrollUPorDOWN
to highlight the VOLT menu.
Changing the Maximum Voltage Value:
1) From within the SYSTEMmenu,scrollUPorDOWNtohighlighttheLOGSETUP
menu.
3) PresstheENTERkeytoopentheVOLTmenu.MAXVOLT>9.0Vwillbe
highlighted.
