Charge the built-in battery pack
As long as the AC power cord is connected, the built-in
battery for Alarm function is being charged at all times.
While charging the battery, “Charging” is displayed in the
menu.
The “Charging” appears dimmed when the battery is fully
charged or if charging malfunction occurs.
Note:
The PIN code and settings you have changed are
effective even after the battery is changed.
When replacing the rechargeable battery pack, protect
the infrared remote receiver with a soft cloth to avoid
damaging it.
Unplug the battery connector if you carry your
projector frequently and use the carrying case. If you
do not unplug the battery connector, the alarm may
be triggered when the Alarm buttons are accidentally
pressed inside the carrying case.
The built-in battery pack is a consumable supply. Each
time you repeat discharge and recharge the battery,
the battery life will decrease. The battery will gradually
discharge when left for long periods even without use.
If the full-charged battery is left at normal temperature
of 95º F (25º C), the battery will gradually discharge and
can be non-rechargeable after about 7 months. The
battery life may vary from battery to battery according
to the environment of use.
Remove the screw and
open the battery cover.
Install the battery, then put back the battery cover
and secure it with the screw.
