Editing Canned Messages
Your phone can store canned messages for use with text
messaging. You can edit your phone’s default canned
messages through the Settings menu.
To edit a canned message:
1. Select > Settings > Messaging > Canned Messages. (The list
of canned messages will be displayed.)
2. Select the message you want to edit and press
(right softkey)
> Edit.
3. Use your keypad to edit the message and press to save
your changes.
Note: To reset all messages, press (right softkey) > Reset All Msgs >
(left softkey) after step 1 above.
To delete a canned message:
1. Select > Settings > Messaging > Canned Messages.
2. Select the message you want to delete and select
(right softkey).
3. Select Delete > (left softkey).
To change the language of the canned messages:
1. Select > Settings > Messaging > Canned Messages.
2. Press (right softkey) > Select Language.
3. Select English or French.
