Checking Phone Status Using ASR
You can use ASR to obtain information about your phone:

My Phone Number
v
Network
v
Signal Strength
v
Battery
v
Status (all of the above except phone number)
1. Press and hold , or .
2. If you hear “Say a command,” say “Check.”
3. If you hear “Which status item?,” say a command.
ASR Options
To change ASR confirmation:
1. Press and hold , or .
2. Press (right softkey) > Confirmation and select an
option.

Automatic to display the list and ask for your
confirmation if the system is not sure what you said.
n
Always Confirm to always display the list and ask for your
confirmation.
n
Never Confirm to never display the list and ask for your
confirmation.
To adapt the system to your voice:
1. Press and hold , or .
2. Press (right softkey) >Adaptation > Adapt Voice.
3. Press (left softkey) and repeat each word, phrase, or
telephone number you hear.
To reset the adaptation:
1. Press and hold , or .
2. Press (right softkey) >Adaptation > Reset Voice.
3. Read the message and press (left softkey) if you are
certain you would like to reset.
