The table has a two-column multiple secondary key. There is one B* tree for the primary data
and a second B* tree for the data of the secondary key table.

Secondary Key
An example of B* trees for tables [Page 104] is a B* tree [Page 128] structure in which the
table has primary data, a secondary key [Page 102], and data of data type LONG.
