AutoCal 2.0 (Dynamic Calibration)
The new AutoCal 2.0 System is an auto-
mated calibration tool for calibration of the
hardness test station without weights and
without the need of external PC and soft-
ware. With the new AutoCal 2.0 the elec-
tronics-stick is plugged into the USB inter-
face of the TBH x25 (previous series without
USB interface require an adapter), the con-
nected certified load-cell inserted into the
hardness test station. The complete system
(adjustment and calibration) is now per-
formed via the keypad and display of the
hardness tester, a report generated via the
standard printer interface.
The unit will automatically adjust; calibration
can be checked by linearity checking of up
to 50 points within the measuring range and
documented by a connected printer.
