Hardness Test Station,
Dynamic Calibration Tool
 The new AutoCal 2.0 System is an auto-
mated calibration tool for calibration of the
hardness test station without weights. With
an upgraded load cell, now a calibration of a
Hardness Tester without interface box is
possible. The load cell is connected directly
to the device via USB-stick, therefore elimi-
nating connection to a PC. For older models
of the TBH x10 series an adapter is avail-
able. To simplify the input of the alpha nu-
meric data, now an external IBM keypad can
be connected to the TBH 325/425 for enter-
ing the master product data, batch numbers
etc.
The unit will automatically adjust; calibration
can be checked by linearity checking of up
to 50 points within the measuring range and
documented by a connected printer. Includ-
ing Windows based Calibration Software
