Step 6 å Separate the EXTENSION SLIDES (II) from the EXTENSION RAILS (HH) as shown in the upper diagram below. Be prepared, the parts are greasy. å Fasten the EXTENSION RAILS (HH) to the ENDS (A and B) and UPRIGHTS (C and D). Use eight GOLD 5/16" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (FFF). å NOTE: For each EXTENSION RAIL, turn a SCREW into the hole shown in the enlarged diagram. Then, slide the inner cartridge of the EXTENSION RAIL out to find the other hole that lines up with the hole in the ENDS and UPRIGHTS.
Step 7 å Fasten the BROWN CABINET RAILS (Z and AA) to the ENDS (A and B) and UPRIGHTS (C and D). Insert the dowel end of the FASTENER into the hole of the adjoining part. NOTE: The dowel end of the FASTENER must remain fully inserted in the hole of the adjoining part while locking the FASTENER. 2. Tighten the FASTENER with a Phillips screwdriver as tight as possible. Step 11 å å Insert the dowel end of two TWIST-LOCK® FASTENERS (JJ) into the TOP (E2) as shown in the enlarged diagram. å å 1. At an angle, push the long edge with holes in the BACKS (G) onto the CAM SCREWS in the LEGS (J). å Fasten the BRACES (H) to the UPRIGHTS (C and D). Tighten four HIDDEN CAMS. NOTE: If you already pushed TWIST-LOCK® FASTENERS into the large holes in the BACKS (G), pull the FASTENERS back out of the holes.
Step 12 å Insert the dowel end of six TWIST-LOCK® FASTENERS (JJ) into the TOP (E2) as shown in the enlarged diagram. å NOTE: If you already pushed TWIST-LOCK® FASTENERS into the large holes in the ENDS (A and B), pull the FASTENERS back out of the holes. Pull at the front and back edges, slowly working the FASTENERS out of the holes. å Push the ENDS (A and B) onto the TWIST-LOCK® FASTENERS in the TOP (E2). Now, tighten the TWIST-LOCK® FASTENERS. å å Fasten the REAR LEGS (J) to the BACKS (G).

Use four BLACK 1-1/4" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (VV). å Repeat this step for the other LARGE DRAWER and SMALL DRAWERS. Be sure the grooves in each part line up with each other on the inside of the drawer.

Step 22 å Fasten a KNOB (RR) to the LARGE DRAWER FRONT (O). Use a BLACK 1-1/8" MACHINE SCREW (YY). å å Push a FILE GLIDE (SS) on each LARGE DRAWER SIDE (D253). Step 23 å å Carefully stand your unit upright. å To insert the small drawers into your unit, tip the front of the drawer down and drop the rollers on the drawer behind the rollers on the unit. Lift the front of the drawer up and slide it into the unit. Repeat this step to insert the KEYBOARD SHELF (N). å å Insert a GROMMET (NN) and GROMMET CAP (OO) into the TOP (E2). å å NOTE: Please read the back pages of the instruction booklet for important safety information.

ÉTAPE 11 Insérer l’extrémité filetée des deux FIXATIONS TWIST-LOCK® (JJ) dans le DESSUS (E2) comme l’indique le schéma agrandi.
