Step 5 VIEW THE DRAWER GLIDE VIDEO å Fasten the UNIVERSAL CABINET RAILS* (35AA) to the ENDS (A2 and B2) and both surfaces of the UPRIGHT (C2). Use twenty-four GOLD 5/16" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (3S) through holes #1 and #3.
Step 6 å Fasten the LEFT END (B2) to the LEFT MOLDING (N) on the TOP (D). Tighten two TWIST-LOCK® FASTENERS. å Fasten the UPRIGHT (C2) to the TOP (D). Tighten two TWIST-LOCK® FASTENERS. How to use the SAUDER TWIST-LOCK® FASTENER 1. Insert the dowel end of the FASTENER into the hole of the adjoining part. NOTE: The dowel end of the FASTENER must remain fully inserted in the hole of the adjoining part while locking the FASTENER. 2. Tighten the FASTENER with a Phillips screwdriver as tight as possible.
Step 7 å Fasten the BOTTOM (E) to the LEFT END (B2). Tighten two TWIST-LOCK® FASTENERS. å Fasten the BOTTOM (E) to the UPRIGHT (C2). Use two BLACK 1-7/8" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (2S). å Fasten the RIGHT END (A2) to the BOTTOM (E) and RIGHT MOLDING (M). Tighten four TWIST-LOCK® FASTENERS. Step 8 å Fasten two METAL BRACKETS (4G) to the BOTTOM (E). Use two BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S). å NOTE: Be sure the edges of the METAL BRACKETS are even with the edge of the BOTTOM. å Fasten the BOTTOM MOLDING (S) to the BOTTOM (E). Tighten four HIDDEN CAMS. å Fasten the PLINTHS (R2) to the ENDS (A2 and B2) and BOTTOM (E). Tighten two TWIST-LOCK® FASTENERS and use two BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S).
Step 9 å Fasten six METAL BRACKETS (4G) to the BASE (H). Use six BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S). å NOTE: Be sure the edges of the METAL BRACKETS are even with the edge of the BASE. å Fasten the BASE (H) to the BOTTOM (E). Step 10 å Carefully turn your unit over onto its front edges. Unfold the BACK (F) and lay it over your unit. å Make equal margins along three edges of the BACK (F). The BACK will overhang the BOTTOM (E) slightly. Push on opposite corners of your unit if needed to make it "square". å å Fasten the BACK (F) to your unit using the NAILS (1N). å NOTE: Perforations have been provided for access through the BACK. Carefully cut out the holes needed. å å Push the FOOT (3E) into the hole in the BOTTOM (E).
Step 11 å å Turn six CAM SCREWS (8F) into the DRAWER FRONTS (I2 and O2). Step 13 VIEW THE T-SLOT BOX VIDEO Push down 1 2 With the palm of your hand, tap the DRAWER BOTTOM down into the groove. 8G O2 D271 D979 Un fin ish ed D245 su rfa ce Groove D245 1S D271 O2 BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREW (24 used in this step) å Pull the DRAWER FRONT BRACKETS (8G) apart and slide them into the grooves in the DRAWER SIDES (D245 and D271). You may need to gently tap them in with a hammer. å NOTE: The DRAWER FRONT BRACKETS are marked "RH" and "LH" for easy identification.
Step 14 VIEW THE DRAWER GLIDE VIDEO å Fasten a DRAWER RIGHT (35AC) to the DRAWER RIGHT SIDE (D245) and a DRAWER LEFT (35AD) to the DRAWER LEFT SIDE (D271). Use four GOLD 5/16" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (3S) through holes #1 and #2. å å å NOTE: The glides are not intended to rotate. Fasten two KNOBS (33K) to the DRAWER FRONT (O2). Use two GOLD 1" MACHINE SCREWS (50S). Repeat this step for the other drawers. Use the SILVER 1/2" MACHINE SCREWS (38S) for the KNOBS on the large drawers.
Step 15 å Carefully stand your unit upright and position your unit in its final location. We recommend using the SAFETY STRAP (60M) for added stability. å NOTE: Do not turn the SAFETY DRYWALL ANCHOR (61M) into a wall stud. If you prefer to fasten the SAFETY STRAP (60M) to a wall stud, go to your local hardware store for proper hardware. å INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: (Also available at www.yl-anchors.com) 1.
Step 16 å To insert the drawers into your unit, tip the fronts of the drawers down and drop the glides on the drawers behind the glides on the unit. Lift the fronts of the drawers up and slide them into the unit. å To make adjustments to the drawers, loosen the SCREWS in the DRAWER FRONT BRACKETS, make needed adjustments, and tighten the SCREWS. Step 17 å Apply the WARNING LABEL (5L) to the DRAWER SIDE (D271). You should be able to read the label when the drawer is open. When the drawer is closed, it will hide the label. Peel off the backing and apply the label as shown in the diagram. å å å NOTE: This is a permanent label intended to last for the life of the product. Once applied, do not try to remove it. NOTE: Please read the back pages of the instruction booklet for important safety information. This completes assembly.

PASO 1 PASO 7 No apriete los SUJETADORES TWIST-LOCK® por ahora. Fije el FONDO (E) al EXTREMO IZQUIERDO (B2). Apriete dos SUJETADORES TWIST-LOCK®. Ensamble la unidad sobre un piso alfombrado o sobre el cartón vacío para evitar rayar la unidad o el piso.
