Push sixteen HIDDEN CAMS (TT2) into the ENDS (A, B, and C), UPRIGHTS (D, E, and F), and BOTTOM (H). Then, insert the metal end of a CAM DOWEL (UU2) into each HIDDEN CAM.
Step 2 å Separate the EXTENSION SLIDES (II) from the EXTENSION RAILS (HH) as shown in the upper diagram below. Be prepared, the parts are greasy. å Fasten two EXTENSION RAILS (HH) to the SMALL RIGHT END (C) and SMALL UPRIGHT (E). Use four GOLD 5/16" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (QQQ). å NOTE: For each EXTENSION RAIL, turn a SCREW into the hole shown in the enlarged diagram. Then, slide the innercartridge of the EXTENSION RAIL out to find the other hole that lines up with the hole in the END.
Step 3 å Fasten the CABINET RIGHTS (40CA) and CABINET LEFTS (40CB) to the SMALL RIGHT END (C) and SMALL UPRIGHT (E). Use eight GOLD 5/16" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (QQQ) through holes #1 and #3. Step 5 å Fasten fifteen ANGLE BRACKETS (VV) to the ENDS (A and B) and LARGE UPRIGHT (D). Use fifteen BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (NNN). NOTE: Be sure the edges of the ANGLE BRACKETS are even with the edges of the ENDS and UPRIGHT. å Fasten the END MOLDINGS (AA) and UPPER PLINTHS (CC) to the ENDS (A and B) and LARGE UPRIGHT (D). Use fifteen BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (NNN). These edges should be even.
Step 6 å Fasten the HALF DISKS (GG) to the LOWER PLINTHS (DD). Use three BROWN 1" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (HHH). å Fasten three BRACKETS (XX) to the LEFT END (B) and LEFT UPRIGHT (F). Use three BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (NNN). å Fasten a LOWER PLINTH (DD) to the LEFT END (B). Use two BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (NNN). The larger hole should be facing up. Step 7 å Fasten the ENDS (A and B) to the TOP (G). Tighten four HIDDEN CAMS. Caution Do not stand the unit upright without the BACK fastened. The unit may collapse. Use a BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREW (NNN) through the BRACKET and into the PLINTH. Step 11 å Fasten the BOTTOM (H) to the RIGHT END (A) and LARGE UPRIGHT (D). Tighten four HIDDEN CAMS. å Fasten the BOTTOM (H) to the SMALL RIGHT END (C) and SMALL UPRIGHT (E). Use four BLACK 1-7/8" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (DDD). å Fasten four METAL BRACKETS (WW) to the BRACE (J). Use four BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (NNN). å NOTE: Be sure the BRACKETS are even with the edges of the BRACE. å Fasten the BRACE (J) to the RIGHT END (A), LARGE UPRIGHT (D), and BOTTOM (H).
Step 12 å å Fasten the LOWER PLINTHS (DD) to the BRACE (J). Use four BLACK 1-1/4" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (FFF). Fasten the BASE (K) and BOTTOM MOLDING (BB) to the BRACE (J). Use four BROWN 1" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (HHH). Don't worry. It isn't Rome. This can be built in a day. FFF BLACK 1-1/4" FLAT HEAD SCREW (4 used for the LOWER PLINTHS) HHH BROWN 1" FLAT HEAD SCREW (4 used for the BOTTOM MOLDING) Flat end DD BB J K DD Be sure the END MOLDING is centered against the HALF DISK on the LOWER PLINTH (DD).
Step 13 å Carefully turn your unit over onto its front edges. Lay the BACKS (EE and FF) over your unit. å Make equal margins along the bottom and both side edges of the BACKS (EE and FF). Push on opposite corners of your unit if needed to make it "square". å Fasten the BACK (EE and FF) to your unit using the NAILS (RRR). Caution Do not stand the unit upright without the BACK fastened. The unit may collapse.
Step 14 å Fasten the KEYBOARD SIDES (N) to the KEYBOARD SHELF (O). Use four BROWN 1-1/2" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (EEE). å Fasten the KEYBOARD SIDES (N) to the KEYBOARD BACK (M). Use two BROWN 1-1/2" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (EEE). å Fasten the KEYBOARD BACK (M) to the KEYBOARD SHELF (O). Use two SMALL BLACK 1-1/4" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (GGG). This surface should be the same finish as this surface.
Step 15 å Fasten two HINGES (YY) to the KEYBOARD FRONT (L). Use four SILVER 5/8" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (MMM). å Fasten the HINGES (YY) to the KEYBOARD SHELF (O). Use two SILVER 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (OOO). O L YY OOO MMM SILVER 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREW (2 used in this step) SILVER 5/8" FLAT HEAD SCREW (4 used in this step) www.sauder.
Step 16 å Fasten the DRAWER RIGHT (35AY) and DRAWER LEFT (35AZ) to the KEYBOARD SHELF (O). Use four SMALL BROWN 1" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (III). å Fasten two KNOBS (ZZ) to the KEYBOARD FRONT (L). Use two BLACK 7/8" MACHINE SCREWS (LLL). Step 17 VIEW THE T-SLOT BOX VIDEO å Pull the DRAWER FRONT BRACKETS (AAA and BBB) apart and slide them into the grooves in the DRAWER SIDES (D212, D213, D260, and D263). å Fasten the DRAWER FRONTS (P and T) to the DRAWER FRONT BRACKETS (AAA and BBB). Use eight BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (NNN). å NNN Repeat this step for the small drawer parts W, D34, and D35. Use the SMALL DRAWER FRONT BRACKETS (CCC) and two BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (NNN).
Step 18 VIEW THE T-SLOT BOX VIDEO å Slide the DRAWER BOTTOMS (D707) into the grooves in the DRAWER FRONTS (P and T) and DRAWER SIDES (D212, D213, D260, and D263). å Fasten the DRAWER BACKS (D78 and D86) to the DRAWER SIDES (D212, D213, D260, and D263). Use eight BLACK 1-9/16" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (30S). å NOTE: Be sure the DRAWER BOTTOMS (D707) insert into the grooves the DRAWER BACKS (D78 and D86). å Repeat this step for the small drawer. Use the SMALL DRAWER BOTTOM (D716) and SMALL DRAWER BACK (D74).
Step 19 å Fasten the EXTENSION SLIDES (II) to the LARGE DRAWER SIDES (D260 and D263). Use four GOLD 5/16" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (QQQ) through holes #1 and #3. Open end 1 II 3 2 D263 D260 Open end 1 II 3 2 QQQ GOLD 5/16" FLAT HEAD SCREW (4 used in this step) www.sauder.
Step 20 å Fasten the DRAWER RIGHT (40CC) and DRAWER LEFT (40CD) to the DRAWER SIDES (D212 and D213). Use four GOLD 5/16" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (QQQ) through the holes #1 and #4. å Repeat this step for the small drawer. Use holes #2 and #4 in the DRAWER SLIDES. Step 21 å Fasten a KNOB (ZZ) to the LARGE DRAWER FRONT (T). Use a SILVER 1/2" MACHINE SCREW (PPP). JJJ å Repeat this step for the other drawers. Use a GOLD 1" MACHINE SCREW (JJJ) for the small drawer. å Push a FILE GLIDE (JJ) onto the LARGE RIGHT DRAWER SIDE (D260). å Slide the FILE RODS (KK) into the FILE GLIDE (JJ) on the LARGE RIGHT DRAWER SIDE. å Slide another FILE GLIDE (JJ) onto the other end of the FILE RODS (KK), then press this FILE GLIDE over the LARGE LEFT DRAWER SIDE (D263).
Step 22 å å Carefully stand your unit upright. å To insert the other drawers into your unit, tip the front of the drawer down and drop the rollers on the drawer behind the rollers on the unit. Lift the front of the drawer up and slide it into the unit. Repeat this step for the KEYBOARD SHELF. å To make adjustments to the drawers, loosen the SCREWS in the DRAWER FRONT BRACKETS, make needed adjustments, and tighten the SCREWS.

ÉTAPE 9 ÉTAPE 13 Fixer le VOILE DE FOND (I) au GRAND MONTANT (D) et au MONTANT GAUCHE (F). Utiliser quatre VIS NOIRES TÊTE PLATE 48 mm (DDD). Attention: Ne pas relever l'élément dans sa position verticale avant d'avoir fixé l’ARRIÈRE. L'élément risque de s'effondrer. ÉTAPE 10 Veiller à avoir des marges égales le long des chants inférieur et latéraux des ARRIÈRES (EE et FF). Si besoin est, enfoncer sur les coins opposés de l'élément pour s'assurer d'être « d'équerre ».
ÉTAPE 16 ÉTAPE 20 Fixer le TIROIR DROIT (35AY) et le TIROIR |GAUCHE (35AZ) à la TABLETTE DE CLAVIER (O). Utiliser quatre PETITES VIS MARRON TÊTE PLATE 25 mm (III). Fixer le TIROIR DROIT (40CC) et le TIROIR GAUCHE (40CD) aux CÔTÉS DE TIROIR (D212 et D213). Utiliser quatre VIS DORÉES TÊTE PLATE 8 mm (QQQ) à travers les trous nº 1 et nº 4. Fixer deux BOUTONS (ZZ) au DEVANT DE TABLETTE DE TIROIR (L). Utiliser deux VIS NOIRE À MÉTAUX 22 mm (LLL). Répéter cette étape pour le petit tiroir.
