Then, insert the metal end of a CAM DOWEL (2F) into each HIDDEN CAM. Do not tighten the HIDDEN CAMS in this step.

Step 4 å Fasten the LEFT END (B) to the LEFT FRONT LEG (M). Tighten three HIDDEN CAMS. å Fasten a REAR LEG (N) to the LEFT END (B). Use three BLACK 1-7/8" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (2S). 2S BLACK 1-7/8" FLAT HEAD SCREW (3 used in this step) N Edge with CAM DOWELS Angled edge B Sur HIDface w DEN ith CA MS The LEGS will overhang this edge. Step 5 å Fasten the RIGHT END (A) to the RIGHT FRONT LEG (L). Tighten three HIDDEN CAMS. å Fasten the REAR LEG (N) to the RIGHT END (A). Use three BLACK 1-7/8" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (2S). Just think. Step 6 å Fasten the UPRIGHTS (C and D) to the TOP (E3). Tighten four HIDDEN CAMS. å Fasten the STOP MOLDING (O2) to the TOP (E3). Tighten four HIDDEN CAMS. Caution Do not stand the unit upright without the BACK fastened. The unit may collapse. HIDDEN CAMS that are not completely tightened may loosen, and parts may separate.
Step 7 å Fasten the BOTTOM (F) to the UPRIGHTS (C and D). Step 9 å Fasten two ANGLE BRACKETS (27G) to the VALANCE (Q3). Use two BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S). å NOTE: Be sure the edges of the ANGLE BRACKETS are even with the long edge of the VALANCE. å Fasten the VALANCE (Q3) to the TOP (E3). Use two BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S). å With a hammer, carefully tap four TACK GLIDES (22E) into the bottom edges of the LEGS (L, M, and N). Don't worry. It isn't Rome. This can be built in a day.
Step 10 å Carefully turn your unit over onto its front edges. Unfold the BACK (G) and lay it over your unit. å Make equal margins along the short edges and along the long edges of the BACK (G). Push on opposite corners of your unit if needed to make it "square". å å Fasten the BACK (G) to your unit using the NAILS (1N). å NOTE: Perforations have been provided for access through the BACK. Carefully cut out the holes needed. Caution Do not stand the unit upright without the BACK fastened.
Step 11 å Fasten the FOOT BRACKET (6E) to the BOTTOM (F). Use three BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S). å Slide two FOOT MOLDINGS (R) onto the FOOT BRACKET (6E). Then, fasten the FOOT MOLDINGS (R) to the FOOT BRACKET (6E). Use two BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S). å Firmly push the FOOT CAP (5E) onto the FOOT MOLDINGS (R). 1S BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREW (5 used in this step) 6E R R 5E Completed leg support F R 6E R 5E www.sauder.
Step 12 å å å Fasten the HINGES (14H) to the DOORS (H and I). Use eight BLACK 1/2" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (11S). å Fasten the RIGHT DOOR (H) to the RIGHT END (A). Use the screws in the HINGES. You should start each SCREW a few turns before completely tightening any of them. å å Fasten a PULL (6K) to the RIGHT DOOR (H). Use two BLACK 7/8" MACHINE SCREWS (37S). å å Repeat this step for the other door. Carefully stand your unit upright.
Step 13 å Refer to the enlarged diagram to identify the parts on the HINGES. å The DOORS may need some adjustments. Follow the text below to make needed adjustments. å DOOR ADJUSTMENTS: To adjust the DOORS from side to side (horizontal) turn the adjusting screw in or out. å To adjust the DOORS up and down (vertical), loosen both vertical adjustment screws. Move the DOORS up or down to the desired location. Tighten the screws after making adjustments.
Step 14 å Apply the WARNING LABEL (1L) to the TOP (E3). You should be able to read the label when the TV is removed from the unit. When the TV is in place, it should hide the label. Peel off the backing and apply the label as shown in the diagram. å å NOTE: This is a permanent label intended to last for the life of the product. Once applied, do not try to remove it. å å NOTE: Please read the back pages of the instruction booklet for important safety information.

Serrer trois EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES. Fixer un PIED ARRIÈRE (N) à l'EXTRÉMITÉ GAUCHE (B).
ÉTAPE 9 ÉTAPE 12 (SUITE) Fixer deux CONSOLES À ÉQUERRE (27G) au LAMBREQUIN (Q3). Utiliser deux VIS TÊTE LARGE 14 mm NOIRES (1S). Fixer la PORTE DROITE (H) à l'EXTRÉMITÉ DROITE (A). Utiliser les vis fournies avec les CHARNIÈRES. Il est préférable de donner quelques tours de tournevis à chaque VIS avant de les serrer toutes à bloc. REMARQUE : S'assurer que les chants des CONSOLES À ÉQUERRE sont à fleur du long chant du LAMBREQUIN. Fixer le LAMBREQUIN (Q3) au DESSUS (E3).
