Step 8 å Fasten the UPRIGHT (E) to the TOP (G2). Tighten two HIDDEN CAMS. å Fasten the UPRIGHT (E) to the MODESTY PANEL (I). Use two BLACK 1-7/8" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (LL). å Fasten the BOTTOM (H) and SHELF (J) to the UPRIGHT (E). Use four BLACK 1-7/8" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (LL).
Step 9 å Fasten the LEFT END (B) to the TOP (G2). Tighten two HIDDEN CAMS. å Fasten the LEFT END (B) to the BOTTOM (H) and SHELF (J). Use four BLACK 1-7/8" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (LL). å Maximum 210 degrees Arrow Minimum 190 degrees Push the DOOR STOP (DD) into the hole in the UPRIGHT (E). Step 10 å Carefully turn your unit over onto its front edges. Unfold the BACK (P) and lay it over your unit. å Make equal margins along all four edges of the BACK (P). Push on opposite corners of your unit if needed to make it "square". å å Fasten the BACK (P) to your unit using the NAILS (QQ). å Caution Do not stand the unit upright without the BACK fastened. The unit may collapse. Next, fasten the SMALL BACK (O) to your unit using the remaining NAILS (QQ). The SMALL BACK will overlap the BACK (P).
Step 11 å Fasten the HINGES (EE) to the DOOR (Q). Use four BLACK 1/2" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (OO). OO BLACK 1/2" FLAT HEAD SCREW (4 used in this step) Q EE www.sauder.
Step 12 å å Carefully stand your unit upright. å Fasten the DOOR (Q) to the LEFT END (B). Use the screws in the HINGES. See the next step for door adjustments. å Fasten a PULL (FF) to the DOOR (Q). Use two SILVER 7/8" MACHINE SCREWS (NN). Pro Tip: Lift with your legs. And, you know, your arms. Before fastening the DOOR to your unit, be sure the mounting screw is against the stops as shown in the diagram. If it isn't, loosen the mounting screw to slide it against the stops.
Step 13 å å Refer to the enlarged diagram to identify the parts on the HINGES. å å DOOR ADJUSTMENTS: å To adjust the DOORS up and down (vertical), loosen both vertical adjustment screws. Move the DOORS up or down to the desired location. Tighten the screws after making adjustments. å To adjust the DOORS in or out (depth), loosen the mounting screw one turn and move the DOORS in or out, as needed. Tighten the mounting screw after making adjustments. The DOORS may need some adjustments.

Step 16 å Fasten the DRAWER RIGHT (35AY) and the DRAWER LEFT (35AZ) to the DRAWER BOTTOM (V). Use four BROWN 1" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (MM). å Fasten the PULL (FF) to the DRAWER FRONT (R). Step 18 å To insert the drawer into your unit, tip the front of the drawer down and drop the rollers on the drawer behind the rollers on the unit. Lift the front of the drawer up and slide it into the unit. å Push the RUBBER SLEEVES (JJ) over the METAL PINS (II). Insert the METAL PINS into the hole locations of your choice in the LEFT ENDS (B and D2) and UPRIGHTS (E and F). Set the ADJUSTABLE SHELVES (M and N) onto the METAL PINS.
