It means a video assembly tip is available at www.sauder.com/services/tips Step 1 å Assemble your unit on a carpeted floor or on the empty carton to avoid scratching your unit or the floor. å Push fourteen HIDDEN CAMS (1F) into the ENDS (A and B), UPRIGHT (C2), BOTTOM (F), MODESTY PANEL (G2), and SHELF (H2). Then, insert the metal end of a CAM DOWEL (2F) into each HIDDEN CAM. Do not tighten the HIDDEN CAMS in this step.
Step 2 å Fasten the RIGHT END (A) to the TOP (D2). Tighten two HIDDEN CAMS. å Fasten the BOTTOM (F) to the RIGHT END (A). Tighten two HIDDEN CAMS. Caution Do not stand the unit upright without the BACK fastened. The unit may collapse. Step 3 å Fasten the UPRIGHT (C2) to the TOP (D2) and BOTTOM (F). Tighten four HIDDEN CAMS. å Fasten the MODESTY PANEL (G2) to the UPRIGHT (C2). Use two BLACK 1-15/16" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (113S). å Fasten two MAGNETIC CATCHES (5I) to the UPRIGHT (C2). Use two BLACK 1-1/8" PAN HEAD SCREWS (9S).
Step 4 å Fasten the LEFT END (B) to the TOP (D2) and MODESTY PANEL (G2). Tighten four HIDDEN CAMS. Maximum 210 degrees Arrow Minimum 190 degrees Sur fac ew ith HID DEN CA MS B G2 D2 Page 8 414110 www.sauder.
Step 5 å Fasten the SHELF (H2) to the LEFT END (B). Tighten two HIDDEN CAMS. å Fasten the SHELF (H2) to the UPRIGHT (C2). Use two BLACK 1-15/16" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (113S). Maximum 210 degrees Arrow Minimum 190 degrees Surface with HIDDEN CAMS H2 B C2 113S BLACK 1-15/16" FLAT HEAD SCREW (2 used in this step) www.sauder.
Step 6 å Carefully turn your unit over onto its front edges. Lay the BACK (L) over your unit. å Make equal margins along all four edges of the BACK (L). Push on opposite corners of your unit if needed to make it "square". å Fasten the BACK (L) to your unit using the NAILS (1N). Caution Do not stand the unit upright without the BACK fastened. The unit may collapse. 1N NAIL (13 used in this step) The BACK (L) should be against the bottom surface of the TOP (D2). These holes must be here.
Step 7 å Fasten two HINGES (16H) to the TOP (D2) and FLIP-UP TOP (E). Use eight BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S). Remember: Righty tighty. Lefty loosey. 1S BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREW (8 used for the HINGES) 16H D2 E Sur fac ew ith hol es www.sauder.
Step 8 å Place five CASTER BRACKETS (17E) over the holes in the bottom edges of ENDS (A and B) and UPRIGHT (C2). å Firmly push two LOCKING CASTERS (2CL) into the holes as shown in the CASTER BRACKETS (17E) and ENDS (A and B). å Firmly push three CASTERS (2CN) into the remaining holes in the ENDS (A and B) and UPRIGHT (C2). Step 9 å Fasten a STRIKE PLATE (6I) to the RIGHT DOOR (K). Use a BLACK 1/2" FLAT HEAD SCREW (11S). å Fasten two NON ADJUSTABLE HINGES (2H) to the RIGHT DOOR (K). Step 10 å å Carefully stand your unit upright. å Fasten a KNOB (52K) to the RIGHT DOOR (K). Use a GOLD 1" MACHINE SCREW (50S). Pro Tip: Lift with your legs. And, you know, your arms. Fasten the RIGHT DOOR (K) to the RIGHT END (A). Step 11 å å å å å å Fasten the remaining HINGES (16H) to the DOORS (J and MM). Use twelve BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S). Fasten the ADJUSTABLE HINGES (3H) to the LEFT DOOR (MM). Use four BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S). Fasten the STRIKE PLATE (6I) to the CENTER DOOR (J). Use a BLACK 1/2" FLAT HEAD SCREW (11S). Fasten the SLIDE CATCH (6J) to the CENTER DOOR (J). Use two BROWN 1" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (18S). Place a CASTER BRACKET (17E) over the hole in the bottom edge of CENTER DOOR (J).
Step 12 å Fasten the LEFT DOOR (MM) to the LEFT END (B). Use four BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S). å Fasten a KNOB (52K) to each DOOR (J and MM). Use two GOLD 1" MACHINE SCREWS (50S). 1S BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREW (4 used for the HINGES) B 52K MM J 50S GOLD 1" MACHINE SCREW (2 used for the KNOBS) Page 16 414110 www.sauder.
Step 13 å NOTE: The FLIP-UP TOP (E) can be supported by the DOORS (J and MM). There are two holes in the bottom surface of the FLIP-UP TOP (E) for the bolt in the SLIDE CATCH (6J) to lock into. å Fasten the TRAYS (2D) to the DOORS (J and MM). Use four BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S). å Now, slide four TRAY DIVIDERS (3D) into the grooves in each TRAY (2D). If you're doing this to help a friend, don't leave without a bite. E MM J 6J 2D The curved edge of the DIVIDER should be up.
Step 14 å Push the RUBBER SLEEVES (2R) over the METAL PINS (1R). Insert the METAL PINS into the hole locations of your choice in the RIGHT END (A) and UPRIGHT (C2). Set the ADJUSTABLE SHELVES (I) onto the METAL PINS. å å Push a CAM COVER (36P) onto each HIDDEN CAM. å This completes assembly. Clean with a damp cloth. Wipe dry. NOTE: Please read the back pages of the instruction booklet for important safety information.

Assembler l'élément sur un sol à moquette ou sur le carton vide pour éviter d'endommager l'élément ou le sol. Enfoncer quatorze EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES (1F) dans les EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B), le MONTANT (C2), le DESSOUS (F), la VOILE DE FOND (G2) et le TABLETTE (H2).
ÉTAPE 8 ÉTAPE 12 Placer cinq SUPPORTS DE ROULETTE (17E) sur les trous dans le chant inférieur des EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B) et MONTANT (C2). Fixer la PORTE GAUCHE (MM) à l'EXTRÉMITÉ GAUCHE (B). Utiliser quatre VIS TÊTE LARGE 14 mm NOIRES (1S). Enfoncer fermement deux RONDELLES VERROUILLABLES (2CL) dans les trous comme il l’est indiqué dans les SUPPORTS DE ROULETTE (17E) et les EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B). Fixer un BOUTON (52K) à chaque PORTE (J et MM). Utiliser deux VIS À MÉTAUX 25 mm DORÉES (50S).

PASO 1 PASO 3 No apriete los EXCÉNTRICOS ESCONDIDOS en este paso. Fije el PARAL (C2) al PANEL SUPERIOR (D2) y al FONDO (F). Apriete cuatro EXCÉNTRICOS ESCONDIDOS. Ensamble la unidad sobre un piso alfombrado o sobre el cartón vacío para evitar rayar la unidad o el piso. Empuje catorce EXCÉNTRICOS ESCONDIDOS (1F) dentro de los EXTREMOS (A y B), el PARAL (C2), el FONDO (F), el VELO DE FONDO (G2) y el ESTANET (H2).
PASO 6 PASO 8 Precaución: No coloque la unidad en posición vertical hasta que se fije el DORSO. La unidad podría caerse.
