Push sixteen HIDDEN CAMS (1F) into the ENDS (A and B), LOWER ENDS (C and D), UPRIGHTS (E and F), and BOTTOM (H).
Step 2 å Fasten eight DOOR SLIDES (37M) to the ENDS (A and B), LOWER ENDS (C and D), and UPRIGHTS (E and F). Use twelve BROWN 7/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (6S). Step 10 å Fasten the BOTTOM (H) to the LOWER ENDS (C and D). Tighten four HIDDEN CAMS. å Fasten the BOTTOM (H) to the LOWER UPRIGHT (F). Step 11 å å Fasten eight ANGLE BRACKETS (5G) to the LOWER ENDS (C and D), BOTTOM (H), and BRACE (K). Use eight BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S). Step 12 å å Carefully turn your unit over onto its front edges. Fasten the BRACE (K) to the LOWER ENDS (C and D) and BOTTOM (H). Use four BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S). 1S BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREW (4 used in this step) C H K D Page 16 414720 www.sauder.
Step 13 å å Unfold the BACK (J) and lay it over your unit. å å Fasten the BACK (J) to your unit using the NAILS (1N). å NOTE: Perforations have been provided for access through the BACK. Carefully cut out the holes needed. Caution Make equal margins along all two long edges and the two short edges of the BACK (J). Push on opposite corners of your unit if needed to make it "square". Do not stand the unit upright without the BACK fastened. The unit may collapse.
Step 14 å Fasten the FRONT BASE (P) to the ENDS (C and D) and BOTTOM (H). Use four BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S). å Fasten the SIDE BASES (Q) to the LOWER ENDS (C and D). Use four BROWN 1" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (12S). Step 15 å å Carefully stand your unit upright. å Fasten the SAFETY STOP (36M) to the TOP (G). Use two SILVER 5/8" MACHINE SCREWS (15S). å Push the RUBBER SLEEVES (2R) over the METAL PINS (1R). Insert the METAL PINS into the holes in the ENDS (A, B, C and D) and UPRIGHTS (E and F). These are used for door stops when the DOORS are open. Push four DOOR STOPS (4I) into the holes in the UPRIGHTS (E and F). The SAFETY STOP is a safety feature that positions your TV away from the front edge of the unit.
Step 16 å Fasten a PULL (70K) to a DOOR (L). Use two GOLD 1" MACHINE SCREWS (50S). å Fasten two DOOR HANGERS (40G) to the DOOR. Use two BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S). å Repeat this step for the other DOORS. 1S BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREW (8 used for the DOOR HANGERS) (8 used) 40G 50S GOLD 1" MACHINE SCREW (8 used for the PULLS) L 70K Page 20 414720 www.sauder.
Step 17 å Before you begin fastening the remaining DOOR SLIDES (37M), you must insert the DOOR (L) at an angle placing the DOOR HANGERS behind the large hole on the DOOR SLIDES. Push the door into the unit horizontally. å While holding the DOOR, swing the DOOR SLIDE up into place and fasten it using a BROWN 7/16" LARGE HEAD SCREW (6S). å Repeat this step to hang the remaining DOORS.
Step 18 å Apply the WARNING LABEL (1L) to the TOP (G). You should be able to read the label when the TV is removed from the unit. When the TV is in place, it should hide the label. Peel off the backing and apply the label as shown in the diagram. å å å NOTE: This is a permanent label intended to last for the life of the product. Once applied, do not try to remove it. NOTE: Please read the back pages of the instruction booklet for important safety information. This completes assembly.

ÉTAPE 11 ÉTAPE 15 Fixer huit CONSOLES À ÉQUERRE (5G) aux EXTRÉMITÉS INFÉRIEURES (C et D), au DESSOUS (H) et à l'ENTRETOISE (K). Utiliser huit VIS TÊTE LARGE 14 mm NOIRES (1S). Relever, avec précaution, l'élément dans sa position verticale. REMARQUE : S'assurer que les chants des CONSOLES À ÉQUERRE sont à fleur des chants des EXTRÉMITÉS, DESSOUS et de l'ENTRETOISE. Fixer l’ARRÊT DE SÉCURITÉ (36M) au DESSUS (G). Utiliser deux VIS À MÉTAUX 15 mm ARGENT (15S).
