Then, insert the metal end of a CAM DOWEL (2F) into each HIDDEN CAM, except the long edges of the ENDS (A2 and B2). Do not tighten the HIDDEN CAMS in this step.
Step 2 å å Turn four CAM SCREWS (8F) into the FRONT LEGS (F and G). Fasten the FRONT LEGS (F and G) to the ENDS (A2 and B2). Step 3 å Fasten the BACK LEGS (H) to the ENDS (A2 and B2). Use four BLACK 2-1/4" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (26S). Remember: Righty tighty. Lefty loosey. Step 4 VIEW THE DRAWER GLIDE VIDEO å Fasten the UNIVERSAL CABINET RAILS* (35AA) to the ENDS (A2 and B2). Step 5 å Fasten the BOTTOM (D) to the LEFT END (B2). Tighten two HIDDEN CAMS. Caution Do not stand the unit upright without the BACK fastened. The unit may collapse. Step 7 å å Insert four METAL PINS (1R) into the DUST RAIL (J). å Fasten the RIGHT END (A2) to the BOTTOM (D). Tighten two HIDDEN CAMS. å NOTE: Be sure the METAL PINS (1R) in the DUST RAIL (J) insert into the holes in the RIGHT END (A2). Step 9 å Carefully turn your unit over onto its front edges. Lay the BACK (E) over your unit. å Make equal margins along all four edges of the BACK (E). Push on opposite corners of your unit if needed to make it "square". å Fasten the BACK (E) to your unit using the NAILS (1N). Caution Do not stand the unit upright without the BACK fastened. Step 10 å å Push four FEET (10E) onto the LEGS (F, G, and H). å Push a CAM COVER (12P) onto each visible HIDDEN CAM on the BOTTOM (D). Now might be a good time to refresh your drink. Step 11 VIEW THE T-LOCK BOX VIDEO 1 2 The tabs should insert freely into the slots. Gently tilt the DRAWER SIDES side to side until the tabs slip into the slots. With the palm of your hand, tap the DRAWER BOTTOM down into the groove. Un fi su nish rfa ed ce D83 D706 D83 D84 I D84 I Groove å Be sure the DRAWER BOTTOM inserts into the DRAWER FRONT groove. Insert the DRAWER SIDES (D83 and D84) at an angle into the slot at each end of the DRAWER FRONT (I).
Step 12 VIEW THE DRAWER GLIDE VIDEO å å Insert a SLIDE CAM (10A) into the DRAWER SIDES (D83 and D84). å å NOTE: The glides are not intended to rotate. Fasten a DRAWER RIGHT (35AC) to the DRAWER RIGHT SIDE (D83) and a DRAWER LEFT (35AD) to the DRAWER LEFT SIDE (D84). Use four GOLD 5/16" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (3S) through holes #1 and #2. NOTE: The screw head in the CAM must be visible through the slotted hole in the SLIDE.
Step 13 å Fasten a KNOB (52K) to the DRAWER FRONT (I). Use one GOLD 1" MACHINE SCREW (50S). 50S GOLD 1" MACHINE SCREW (1 used in this step) I 52K www.sauder.
Step 14 å å Carefully stand your unit upright. å Push a CAM COVER (12P) onto each visible HIDDEN CAM. Pro Tip: Lift with your legs. And, you know, your arms. To insert the drawer into your unit, tip the front of the drawer down and drop the glides on the drawer behind the glides on the unit. Step 15 å To make adjustments to the drawers, loosen SCREW #2 in the SLIDES a 1/4 turn, then turn the CAM clockwise or counter-clockwise. Notice how the drawer raises or lowers as you turn the CAM. The higher the screw in the oblong hole, the higher your drawer front will be. The lower the screw, the lower the drawer front. By adjusting the drawers this way, it will help the DRAWER FRONTS line up better when closed. Tighten the SCREW when finished with adjustments.

ÉTAPE 11 ÉTAPE 14 1. Insérer les CÔTÉS DE TIROIR (D83 et D84) en biseau dans la fente dans chaque extrémité du DEVANT DE TIROIR (I). Relever, avec précaution, l'élément dans sa position verticale. 2.
