Step 4 VIEW THE DRAWER GLIDE VIDEO å Fasten the UNIVERSAL CABINET RAILS* (35AA) to the ENDS (A2). Step 6 å Fasten the BACK (D) and LONG BACK SKIRT (I) to the RIGHT REAR LEG (G). Tighten three HIDDEN CAMS. å Fasten the LONG FRONT SKIRT (I) to the RIGHT FRONT LEG (E). Tighten one HIDDEN CAM. å Fasten the BOTTOM (C) to the SKIRTS (I and J). Use four BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S) through the METAL BRACKETS and into the BOTTOM. å Push a CAM COVER (13P) onto each HIDDEN CAM on the SKIRTS (I and J).

Step 8 VIEW THE T-SLOT BOX DRAWER VIDEO å Fasten the DRAWER SIDES (D42 and D43) to the DRAWER BACK (D154). Use four BLACK 1-9/16" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (30S). å Slide the DRAWER BOTTOM (D960) into the grooves in the DRAWER SIDES and DRAWER BACK. 30S BLACK 1-9/16" FLAT HEAD SCREW (4 used in this step) D43 D154 D42 Groove Be sure the DRAWER BOTTOM inserts into the DRAWER BACK groove. Step 9 VIEW THE T-SLOT BOX DRAWER VIDEO å Pull the DRAWER FRONT BRACKETS (7G) apart and slide them into the grooves in the DRAWER SIDES (D42 and D43). You may need to gently tap them in with a hammer. å NOTE: The DRAWER FRONT BRACKETS are marked "RH" and "LH" for easy identification. å Fasten the DRAWER FRONT (K) to the DRAWER FRONT BRACKETS (7G). Use two BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S). 1S Push down BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREW (2 used in this step) 7G D43 D42 7G K www.sauder.
Step 10 VIEW THE DRAWER GLIDE VIDEO å Fasten the DRAWER RIGHT (35AC) to the DRAWER RIGHT SIDE (D42) and the DRAWER LEFT (35AD) to the DRAWER LEFT SIDE (D43). Use four GOLD 5/16" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (3S) through holes #1 and #2. å å NOTE: The glides are not intended to rotate. Fasten the PULL (98K) to the DRAWER FRONT (K). Use two WASHERS (10I) and two SILVER 1/4" MACHINE SCREWS (61S).
Step 11 å To insert the drawer into your unit, tip the front of the drawer down and drop the glides on the drawer behind the glides on the unit. Lift the front of the drawer up and slide it into the unit å To make adjustments to the drawers, loosen the SCREWS in the DRAWER FRONT BRACKETS, make needed adjustments, and tighten the SCREWS. å å NOTE: Please read the back pages of the instruction booklet for important safety information. This completes assembly.

Fixer un TIROIR DROIT (35AC) sur le CÔTÉ DROIT DE TIROIR (D42) et un TIROIR GAUCHE (35AD) sur le CÔTÉ GAUCHE DE TIROIR (D43). Utiliser quatre VIS TÊTE PLATE 8 mm DORÉES (3S) à travers les trous nº 1 et nº 2. Fixer le DESSUS (B) aux EXTRÉMITÉS (A2). Serrer quatre EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES. ÉTAPE 8 Fixer les CÔTÉS DE TIROIR (D42 et D43) à l'ARRIÈRE DE TIROIR (D154). Utiliser quatre VIS TÊTE PLATE 40 mm NOIRES (30S).
