Then, insert the metal end of a CAM DOWEL (2F) into each HIDDEN CAM. Do not tighten the HIDDEN CAMS in this step.
Step 2 å Fasten the END MOLDINGS (P) to the ENDS (A and B) and UPRIGHTS (C and D). Tighten twelve HIDDEN CAMS. These holes should be located here. Step 3 å Fasten the METAL BRACKETS (4G) to the UPRIGHTS (C and D), BOTTOM (F), and TOP MOLDING (M). Use nine BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S). å NOTE: The METAL BRACKETS should hang over the edges slightly on the UPRIGHTS. å NOTE: The METAL BRACKETS should be even with the edges on the BOTTOM and TOP MOLDING. å Fasten the CORNER BRACKETS (31G) to the BOTTOM (F). Use four BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S). Remember: Righty tighty. Lefty loosey.

Step 6 å Fasten the BOTTOM (F) to the LEFT END (B). Tighten two HIDDEN CAMS. å Fasten the CORNER BRACKET (31G) on the BOTTOM (F) to the LEFT END (B). Use two BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S) through the CORNER BRACKET and into the LEFT END. å Maximum 210 degrees Arrow Minimum 190 degrees Fasten the BOTTOM (F) to the UPRIGHTS (C and D). Use four BLACK 1-7/8" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (2S).
Step 7 å Fasten the RIGHT END (A) to the TOP (E2). Tighten two HIDDEN CAMS. Maximum 210 degrees å Fasten the RIGHT END (A) to the BOTTOM (F). Tighten two HIDDEN CAMS. å Fasten the CORNER BRACKET (31G) on the BOTTOM (F) to the RIGHT END (A). Use two BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S) through the CORNER BRACKET and into the RIGHT END. Step 8 Fasten the TOP MOLDING (M) to the TOP (E2). Use four BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S) through the BRACKETS and into the TOP. Maximum 210 degrees å NOTE: To fasten the TOP MOLDING, you may need to loosen the HIDDEN CAMS in the END MOLDINGS (P). Then, retighten the HIDDEN CAMS. Minimum 190 degrees å Fasten the TOP MOLDING (M) to the UPRIGHTS (C and D). Use two BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S) through the BRACKETS and into the TOP MOLDING. å Fasten the CATCH BRACE (Q) to the TOP MOLDING (M).
Step 9 Fasten the BASE (L) to the ENDS (A and B) and BOTTOM (F). Use seven BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S) through the BRACKETS and into the BASE. å Don't worry. It isn't Rome. Step 10 å Carefully turn your unit over onto its front edges. Unfold the BACK (G) and lay it over your unit. å Make equal margins along all four edges of the BACK (G). Push on opposite corners of your unit if needed to make it "square". å å Fasten the BACK (G) to your unit using the NAILS (1N). å NOTE: Perforations have been provided for access through the BACK. Carefully cut out the holes needed. å Caution Do not stand the unit upright without the BACK fastened. The unit may collapse.
Step 11 å å å IMPORTANT: You may need someone's help in this step. å Fasten the MAGNETIC CATCH (12I) to the CATCH BRACE (Q). Use two BLACK 9/16" PAN HEAD SCREWS (51S). å NOTE: The MAGNETIC CATCH (12I) goes on the right side with DOOR (I). Pro Tip: Lift with your legs. And, you know, your arms. Carefully stand your unit upright. Push the SMALL MAGNETIC CATCH (2I) into the center hole in the CATCH BRACE (Q).
Step 12 å Fasten the HINGES (27H) to the DOORS (H and I). Use eight BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S). å NOTE: The HINGES should be positioned exactly as shown. Step 13 å Fasten the DOORS (H and I) to the END MOLDINGS (P) on the UPRIGHTS (C and D). Use eight BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S). å Fasten the DECORATIVE ENDS (33M) to the DOOR (H). Use two SILVER 3/4" MACHINE SCREWS (20S). å å Insert the DECORATIVE POSTS (39M) into the DECORATIVE ENDS. å Fasten the STRIKE PLATES (6I) to the DOORS (H and I). Use two BLACK 1/2" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (11S).

Step 15 å Apply the WARNING LABEL (3L) to the TOP (E2). You should be able to read the label when the TV is removed from the unit. When the TV is in place, it should hide the label. Peel off the backing and apply the label as shown in the diagram. å å NOTE: This is a permanent label intended to last for the life of the product. Once applied, do not try to remove it. å å å Push a CAM COVER (36P) onto each visible HIDDEN CAM. Push the RUBBER SLEEVES (2R) over the METAL PINS (1R).
