Step 2 å First, fill the two outside holes in a DOOR MOLDING (N) 1/4 to 1/2 full with GLUE (54M). Then, insert two WOOD DOWELS (26F) into the holes. Wipe away the excess GLUE. å å Turn two CAM SCREWS (8F) into the DOOR MOLDING (N). Remember: Righty tighty. Lefty loosey. Repeat this step for the remaining DOOR MOLDINGS. Step 3 å 1. Fill two outside holes in one of the DOORS (H) 1/4 to 1/2 full with GLUE (54M). Fasten a DOOR MOLDING (N) to the end of the DOOR (H) which you dropped glue into. Tighten two SMALL HIDDEN CAMS. å NOTE: Be sure the WOOD DOWELS insert into the holes. Wipe away the excess GLUE. å NOTE: Be sure all angled edges on the DOOR MOLDINGS (N) are facing the floor as shown in the enlarged diagram. å 2-4. Repeat this step gluing and fastening the remaining DOOR MOLDINGS (N) to the DOORS (H).
Step 4 å Place the HINGE SPACERS (22H) over the large holes in the DOORS (H). å Fasten the HINGES (14H) to the DOORS (H). Use twelve SILVER 5/8" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (23S). 23S SILVER 5/8" FLAT HEAD SCREW (12 used in this step) 14H 22H H H 14H 22H www.sauder.

Step 31 å å Unfold the BACK (G) and lay it over your unit. å å Fasten the BACK (G) to your unit using the NAILS (1N). Caution Make equal margins along all four edges of the BACK (G). Push on opposite corners of your unit if needed to make it "square". Do not stand the unit upright without the BACK fastened. The unit may collapse. NOTE: Be sure to tap NAILS into the holes that line up over the UPRIGHT (C2). 1N NAIL (66 used in this step) These holes must line up over the UPRIGHT (C2).
Step 32 å å Carefully stand your unit upright. å Fasten the DOOR (H) to the HINGE UPRIGHT (D) as shown in the lower diagram. Use the screws in the HINGES. You should start each SCREW a few turns before completely tightening any of them. å Fasten a PULL (53K) to the DOOR (H). Use two SILVER 3/8" MACHINE SCREWS (97S). å å Repeat this step for the other DOOR (H). Before fastening the DOOR to your unit, be sure the mounting screw is against the stops as shown in the diagram.
Step 33 å Refer to the enlarged diagram to identify the parts on the HINGES. å The DOORS may need some adjustments. Follow the text below to make needed adjustments. å DOOR ADJUSTMENTS: To adjust the DOORS from side to side (horizontal), turn the adjusting screw in or out. å To adjust the DOORS up and down (vertical), loosen both vertical adjustment screws. Move the DOORS up or down to the desired location. Tighten the screws after making adjustments.
Step 34 å We recommend using the SAFETY BRACKET (1G) for added stability. Use a BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREW (1S) into the top of the unit and a BLACK 1-7/8" FLAT HEAD SCREW (2S) into a stud in your wall. PASO 21 PASO 25 NOTA: Los PARALES DE BISAGRA (D) tienen las agujeros indicador cerca del bordes superior como se muestra. Empuje ocho EXCÉNTRICOS ESCONDIDOS (1F) en los PARALES DE BISAGRA (D).
