Press the Quick Dial key which
you want to register.
Note
❒ If you press a wrong key, press
[PrevMenu] then try again.
❒ You can press [Status] to see the
status currently programmed.
F
Enter a fax number with the
number keys.
Note
❒ If you make a mistake, press the
{Clear/Stop} key and try again.
❒ If a fax number is already regis-
tered in this Quick Dial key, the
number and communication
type are shown on the display.
If you wish to change the fax
number, press the {Clear/Stop}
key and enter another number.
❒ You cannot omit the fax number.

Press [Name] .
Note
❒ If you wish to omit the destina-
tion name, go to step J.
H
Enter the destination name.
Note
❒ If a destination name is already
registered in this Quick Dial
key, the name is shown on the
display. If you wish to change
this name, press the {Clear/Stop}
key and enter another name.
