Registering Quick Dials
To save time, you can program a fax
number that you use often into a
Quick Dial key. Then, whenever you
are sending a message to that loca-
tion, just press that Quick Dial key to
dial.
Use the following steps to program a
new Quick Dial or to edit or overwrite
existing Quick Dials. There are 32
Quick Dials available.
You can register the following items
in each key:
Destination fax number (up to 254
digits)
Destination name (up to 20 charac-
ters)
• Label Insertion (whether to print
the destination name on faxes sent
to this number)
Important
We recommend that you print the
Quick Dial list and keep it when
you program or change fax num-
bers. See Chapter 5 “Printing Re-
ports/Lists” in the Advanced
Features manual.
Limitation
When a registered Quick Dial key
is being used for a standby Memo-

"
This Dial is in Use. Cannot
Change.
