Opening the Package The SCEPTRE display is packaged in a carton. The size and weight of the product might be too heavy for 1 person to handle. In the event of that happening; it is recommended that the display package must be handled by a minimum of 2 or more persons. Since the glass can be easily scratched or broken, please handle the product gently. Never place the unit on a surface with the glass facing downwards unless it is on protective padding.
Installing the Monitor Stand Assembly 1. 2. Press and hold down the button on the back of the monitor (as indicated in the picture). While holding down the button, pull the neck upwards (as indicated in the picture) in order to take the display neck plate out. 3. Once the display neck plate is out attach the display neck plate to the display neck and secure it with 2 screws. Also attach the base to the display neck assembly and secure the base with 2 screws from the bottom. Now you have a complete display stand. 4. Hang the display onto the display stand and arch downwards (as indicated in the picture) until you hear a clicking sound which indicates the monitor is securely attached to the stand. 5.
Removing the Stand for Wall Mounting 1. 2. To uninstall the stand assembly, lay the monitor facing downwards on a table. Press the button on the back of the monitor located near the monitor’s neck plate and while holding the button down lift the stand assembly up. Once the stand is removed, you will see the indentation with 4 holes. You can mount the monitor using M4 screws at 12mm length.
