Root Certificates
InsightFacility does not support 3rd party root certificates as it is a server on your local
area network with a potentially dynamic IP address and no public server name. As a
result, web browsers will pop up a warning message similar to the one shown below

In order to connect to the InsightFacility local web page you must confirm the warning
and tell the browser that it is ok to connect to the gateway. The exact procedure for this
will be slightly different depending on the browser version you are using.

, follow these steps:
1. Click the Advanced button in the bottom left of the window to view more data.
2. Click Proceed to <IP address> in the bottom left of the window to navigate to the
InsightFacility web page.
