3.0 C-Bus Input Units
AMultiRoomAudiosystemcanbecompletelycontrolledbyC‐Buskeyunits,DLT’sandTouch
Screens.TheseunitsareprogrammedusingeitherC‐BusToolkitorPICEDsoftware.
3.1 Programming DLTs
Key units such as Saturn or Neo switches are a simple way of controlling one zone. DLT’s

keyscanbesettocontrollightingintheroom.Thenextcanbeatoggledimmerwhichcontrols
the Volume of the amplifier in the room. The final button on the first page can

On/OffC‐BusfunctionandassignedtheNextSou
rceoftheamplifier.Thekeysonaninputunit
thatcontroltheNextSource,PreviousSource,Dynamic1andDynamic2shouldallbegivenan
On/Offfunction. Whenthesekeysarepressedthestateof thegroupwillbesettoon.Oncethe
amplifierre
ceivesthecommanditwillexecuteandthensetthegroupaddressbacktooff.
Thesecondpagecan be assigned group addressesthatcontrolthe Bass,TrebleDynamic1and
Dynamic 2 of the amplifier. The Dynamic Groups are essentially ‘dummy’ groups.
The labels
and functions of thesegroups change when theamplifier source changes.These func
tions and
labelsaresetintheMARPAsoftware.
