TOU (time of use) allows you to change how a load responds to a
change in energy price or criticality level.
To change the TOU settings, select [TOU Setup] and then [OK].
From this screen you can change the price level for TOU levels.
Turn the Scroll Wheel or press [Change] to set Program
Status to TOU, Price, or Disabled. See page 38.

Your electrical loads must be configured for the connected voltage in
order for the thermostat to accurately report energy consumption.
This setting is typically adjusted by your installer, but you can change
it if necessary.
• Wiser Smart Plugs must always be set to 120 Vac.
• The Wiser Load Control and Load Control relays can be set to 120
Vac or 240 Vac.
• For other appliances, consult the manufacturer’s nameplate for
the correct voltage.
Press [Change] or the Scroll Wheel to change Voltage in
1 V increments to a value between 110 and 250 Vac.
