Reducing Tare Loss
By default, the charge controller is configured to reduce tare losses at night by
shutting off the auxiliary power supply. To further reduce power consumption at
night, you can configure the charge controller to also shut off the network
(Xanbus) power supply. You can change these settings using the Adv
Features menu item provided you are using an SCP with firmware version 1.03
or higher.
To display the tare loss settings, select Advanced Settings > Adv Features.
Resetting to Factory Defaults
From the Advanced Settings menu item, you can restore factory default
settings.
The following are reset:
• Configurable battery/charger settings
• Configurable auxiliary output settings
• Configurable input settings
