TMK-T20

Halogen-free PC/ABS

TMK-T20 is a halogen-free mini-trunking for quick and simple con-

cealed installation of cables and wires for signals and power, data,

telecoms and alarms. It is fixed directly to the surface with penetrat-

ing fixings in pre-punched holes. Alternatively it can be secured

with adhesive (only permitted with low-current wiring).

The materials have excellent mechanical properties, including very

high impact resistance. They are highly resistant to UV light and in

a fire they do not give off any hydrogen chloride gases which form

hydrochloric acid on contact with water. These properties make

TMK-T20 exceptionally well suited for hospitals, computing centres,

control rooms, etc.

bending radius with Ø7 mm cable, and a stop

end.

Material and colour

Trunking and corners of halogen-free PC/ABS

and ABS respectively. White RAL 9010.

Temperature range

PC/ABS: -25 °C to +60 °C.

Delivery lengths

Supplied in 2.5-metre lengths. Can be cut on

site – use shears or Thorsman’s practical tools.

Installation

1. Drill holes in the mounting surface. There are

prepunched holes in the trunking base. Use a

4 mm drill.

2. Fix the trunking. Recommended fixing: nail

plug TPS-4/5x25.

3. Snap on the cover.
