Troubleshooting
If you experience difculties with your Wiser Air thermostat setup, proceed as follows:
Disconnect power.
Check that the front plate of Wiser Air is properly connected to the back plate.
Check that the wires connected to the terminals on the back plate are properly
attached.
Contact the Customer Care Center 1-855-559-4737.
