14. Open the transformer assembly’s center and right doors.
15. Wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and using a voltmeter
with minimum ratings of 1000 volts AC and DC that has been tested on a
known AC voltage source and a known DC voltage source before use,
measure AC voltage between each line and from each line to ground (see
Figure iii):
• At TB19-1 and TB19-3.
• At TB38-2, 4, and 6.
NOTICE
Use any unpainted point on the transformer assembly’s framework that is
connected to earth ground as the ground point.
