Product Warranty

SCHOENHUT PIANO COMPANY provides a 30-Day Return Window and the following limited
warranty.
Please note that any warranty services or questions must be accompanied by proof of
purchase. The proof of purchase serves as your warranty and must be retained. SCHOENHUT
PIANO COMPANY will offer no warranty service without this proof of purchase.
SCHOENHUT PIANO COMPANY warrants this product and its parts against defects in materials or
workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. During this period, SCHOENHUT PIANO
COMPANY will repair or replace defective parts with new or reconditioned parts at SCHOENHUT
PIANO COMPANY’s option, without charge to you.
Should the item be defective SCHOENHUT PIANO COMPANY will pay for any additional shipping
fees to ship out any replacement parts- but will not refund shipping of the original product. Should
this be a buyer’s remorse return- please contact the retailer that the product was purchased from.
