HowOftenShouldY ouExercise

2.ThePedalsmaynotbeatthesamerestinglevel.StepontothelowerPedalwithyourfirststep.
3.PlaceyourotherfootontheoppositePedal.BesuretogetcomfortablewiththePedalsbeforebeginning
aworkout.
WorkoutStride
TheEllipticalletsyoudoaforwardorbackwardworkoutstride.Youcanevenchangethedirectionduringaworkout.Tochange
yourstride,slowthePedalsuntiltheystopandchangedirection.
Console
TheConsoleprovidesimportantinformationaboutyourworkoutandletsyoucontroltheresistancelevelswhileyouexercise.The
Consolehasagriddisplaywithtouchcontrolbuttonstonavigateyouthroughtheexerciseprograms.
Power-UpMode
TheConsolewillenterPOWER-UPmodeifitispluggedintoapowersource,anybuttonispushed,orifitreceivesanindication
fromtheRPMsensorasaresultofpedalingthemachine.
