ENGINE ASSEMBLY
( Assemble Crankcase/Crankshaft.
(
(
1. lay lower half of crankcase on
work bench. Grease.
2. Place crankshaft in crankcase
with positioning ring in groove.
3.
• Install rotor key in crankshaft
carefully. (440 Model only).
• Grease labyrinth seal and oil
bearings.
Apply gasket sealer on lower half
of crankcase.
• Place upper half of crankcase
on lower half.
