CLUTCH

1.

Place

the

movable

sheave

on

the

stationary

sheave

.

Engage

the

in-

ner

spring

tang

in

the

hole

in

the

stationary

hub.

2.

Prepare

the

cover

with

a

rubber

band,

holding

the

weight

arms

correctly.

Insure

that

the

shoes

on

the

weight

arms

are

all

properly

oriented.

Place

cover

over

movable.
