REMOVAL
Carefully lift
fairing at
headlights
to
release
support hooks,
unplug
headlights and remove.
Store fairing
in
a safe
place
until reassembly.
NOTE!: Be sure
to
reattach support hooks
during reinstallation.
Have a helper hold
on the outer
fairing and extract the
last
(2)
T-25
Torx
bolts
from the upper fairing
near the speaker
grilles.
Extract
(2)
W'
6mm hex
bolts
from each side
of
the radio housing.
Carefully back the radio out
of
the fairing,
unplug
wiring
connectors, antenna and remove the radio.
NOTE: Reuse the
(4)
factory
bolts
to
mount the
HD7000B
kit (see page
6).
