OPERATION: Water
Water enters the machine through the 3/8" male
flare at the rear of the cabinet, goes to a strainer
and then to the water reservoir which it enters
through the float valve. The water then goes out
the bottom of the reservoir tank to the bottom of
the evaporator.
Reservoir overflow, evaporator condensation and
water in the sink are all routed to the drain. Water
cooled models have a separate water circuit for the
cooling water: it enters the fitting at the rear, goes
to the water regulating valve, then to the water
cooled condenser and down the drain.
There is also an additional water circuit to an
electric valve. When the Touch Free system
senses a container for water, it closes a circuit to
the electric water valve, and water is dispensed.

LEVEL
Note: The correct water level is determined when
the machine is operating. Check the water level and
compare it to the line molded into the side of the
reservoir. The water level should be between
“
above and
" below the line.
If needed, adjust the water level by bending the
float arm.
