Commercial Labor Instructions For Filing A Warranty Labor Claim Service Agent: 1. Determine warranty status of the unit. Note: Warranty coverage varies depending upon model and date of start up. 2. Service the product according to warranty status. 3. Record warranty information (model, serial, customer site, etc). 4. Immediately return parts, tags and a completely itemized service invoice to the distributor. Claims can be rejected for lateness.
