SAFETY INFORMATION WARNING • To reduce the risk of fire, electrical shock or personal injury, wire connectors provided with this light fixture are designed to accept only one 12-gauge house wire and two lead wires from the light fixture. If your house wire is larger than 12-gauge or there is more than one house wire to connect to the corresponding fixture lead wires, consult an electrician for the proper size wire connectors to use.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 1. Turn off circuit breakers and wall switch to the fixture supply line leads. 1 DANGER: Failure to disconnect power supply prior to installation may result in serious injury or death. 2. Remove existing fixture and disconnect all electrical wiring. ON ON OFF OFF 2 3. Remove mounting plate (D) from canopy (E) by removing mounting plate screws (F) from the edges of the canopy (E). 3 D Save mounting plate screws (F) for later use.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 4. Attach mounting plate (D) to outlet box (not included) using existing washers and outlet box screws or the machine screws (BB). NOTE: If the outlet box screws required for your outlet box are of a different size than the machine screws (BB), consult a licensed electrician before proceeding. 4 Outlet Box Tighten machine screws (BB) to secure mounting plate (D) to outlet box. D CAUTION: Make sure the outlet box can support 35 lbs. hanging weight.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 6. Depending on the number of rods used, you may need to cut the excess wire. You will need at least 10 inches of wire to work with. 6 10 inches Prepare wire by stripping 1/2 in. of insulation from wire ends using wire strippers (not included). Tie wire into a knot. E E 7a. Locate molex connector inside the canopy (E). Press tab on molex connector in order to insert YELLOW wire from fixture (A) into one of the 2 holes across from the YELLOW wire from canopy (E).

Wrap electrical tape (not included) around each individual wire connector (AA) down to the wire. 8 Outlet Box WARNING: Make sure no bare wire or wire strands are visible after making connections. AA Gently push wire connectors (AA) and excess wiring back into outlet box. AA AA 9. Align holes in edge of canopy (E) with holes on edge of mounting plate (D). Attach canopy (E) to mounting plate (D) using the mounting plate screws (F) previously removed (Step 3, Page 6).
CARE AND MAINTENANCE • Shut off main power supply. Wipe fixture with soft, damp cloth. Use window cleaner to clean glass. Do not use an abrasive cleaner on glass or fixture. • Total wattage for this fixture is 27 watts; do not attempt to replace the LEDs. TROUBLESHOOTING WARNING: Before beginning work, shut off the power supply to avoid electrical shock.
