LOW BATTERY ALERT
Total battery life is dependent on conditions of use.
The RI VOICE AMP
that the batteries are low. After 60 minutes the blink rate will increase to 10 second
intervals and the unit will chirp at a slightly louder volume .
If paired with the BLUETOOTH LSM, the LED will flash alternating
RED and GREEN.
If NOT paired with the BLUETOOTH LSM, the LED will flash RED
ONLY.
WHEN THE LED IS FLASHING, AND IS EMITTING A CHIRP, CHANGE THE BAT-
TERIES IMMEDIATELY.
The BLUETOOTH LSM-
proximately one hour of operating time remains.
If paired with the RI VOICE AMP, the LED will flash alternating RED
and GREEN.
• IfNOTpairedtheRI VOICE AMP, the LED will flash RED ONLY.
WHEN THE LED IS FLASHING CHANGE THE BATTERIES IMMEDIATELY.
BATTERY USE
Both the RI VOICE AMP and BLUETOOTH LSM assemblies require battery power to
operate. This comes from three (3) approved AAA batteries installed. The complete
system requires three (3) AAA Batteries for each of the two units for a total of six (6)
AAA batteries.
WARNING
WHEN THE LOW BATTERY INDICATION
APPEARS (FLASHING RED ONLY OR FLASHING
ALTERNATELY BETWEEN RED AND GREEN
AND ACCOMPANIED BY A CHIRP) CHANGE
THE BATTERIES IMMEDIATELY. FAILURE TO
CHANGE LOW BATTERIES IN A TIMELY MANNER
MAY RESULT IN FAILURE OF THE EqUIPMENT
IN AN EMERGENCY SITUATION WHICH COULD
RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH.

THE RI VOICE AMP AND BLUETOOTH LSM ARE SHIPPED FROM THE FACTORY
WITH ALKALINE BATTERIES INSTALLED AND A BATTERY ISOLATOR LABEL TO
PREVENT BATTERY DRAIN. REMOVE THE BATTERY ISOLATOR LABEL BEFORE
USE.
TO REMOvE BATTERY ISOLATOR:
• RI vOICE AMP: Open the battery door to pull isolator label from battery com-
partment. Close and secure the battery door before use
• BLUETOOTH LSM: Pull isolator label from battery compartment.
