CHAPTER 3 Making a Call
This chapter explains how to make a call. To make a call you can either:
• Manually dial a phone number or IP address.
• Use the Speed Dial menu.
The Speed Dial menu offers you numbers that have been previously entered in
the Phone Book.
• Make calls from the Dialed, Received or Missed calls list.
Making a Call Using Manual Dialing
To make a manual dialed call:
1. From the idle screen or Setup Menu, press the START button twice on the
remote control. The Manual Dial screen is displayed.
2. Select the call Type and bandwidth by using the left and right arrow keys.
3. In the Addr field, use the number keys on the key pad to enter the IP address
or telephone number you want to call. Use the * key (located at the bottom left
