Remove screws no. 43 and remove handlebar
no. 10.

Remove screws no. 13 of adjuster blocks.

Remove spring no. 17, steering padding support
no. 16 then latch lever no. 18.

Inspect notches of blocks no. 14 and the pin
no. 15 for wear or other damage.
