3.1.2.2 Late RFI Models (2005)
NOTE: This section covers the Late RFI models, which includes the
following models:
 2004 3D RFI
 2005 3D RFI, GTI LE RFI, and GTI STD RFI
3.1.2.2.1 Connecting and Starting a Session
Connecting CANDooPro to a Late 2005 RFI Watercraft:
The Late RFI models all have a 6-pin Diagnostic Connector to attach the Candoopro system.
WARNING: Do NOT use the Aluminum DESS adapter cable to connect to
a Late RFI watercraft!
The 6-pin diagnostic connector is in front of the VCM/ECU modules, up against the gas tank on GTI
RFI models , and adjacent to the oil tank on the 3D RFI models. It is a 6-pin gray Deutsch
connector that has a special sealing cap on it.
Disconnect the 6-pin connector from the sealing cap:
