Additionally, please note that the large box below the fault table is called the First Fault Conditions.
After you clear the faults, when a new fault is logged, the very first fault that is logged will have a
set of data logged with it. This is helpful for diagnosing problems that are not necessarily related to
a component that creates the fault (such as high temperature), but may be related to other engine
conditions or how it is being operated.
Step #6- Fix the problem
In the examples cited above, you can see that by using the above strategy, you can easily zero in
on what transient problems have happened. You can now refer to the Diagnostic Procedures
section of the Service Manual for the watercraft for instructions related to troubleshooting problems
related to the component(s) indicated by the fault with the Count value, as well as the First Fault
Conditions logged with the first fault logged after the clearing of the faults.

The DI 30 Sec History section allows you to see the operating conditions during the last 30
seconds of operation. This information is useful in diagnosing problems that may be related to how
the watercraft had been operated in the last 30 seconds it ran.
