9. CONSUMER ASSISTANCE
a) In the event of a controversy or a dispute in connection with this BOMBARDIER LIMITED
WARRANTY, BOMBARDIER suggests that you try to resolve the issue at the distributorship/
dealership level. We recommend discussing the issue with the authorized dealers service
manager or owner.
b) If further assistance is required, the distributors service department should be contact-
ed in order to resolve the matter.
