you are on hold. Technical support specialists are
available to answer questions from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
PST, Monday through Friday. Recordings are acces-
sible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

TDD is a Telecommunication Device for the Deaf
where two people can communicate using a keyboard
that is connected to the phone line. A TDD device is
required to access this service. This service is available
from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday.
SeaBOARD service:
The Seagate Technical Support Bulletin Board System
(BBS) is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A
modem is required to access this service. Modem
required. (300-9600 baud, 8-N-1). This is a toll call.
