3.1 Standard features
The Hawk 2XL Family has the following standard features:

3.2 Media characteristics
The media used on the drive has a diameter of approximately 3.5 inches (89 mm). The aluminum substrate is
coated with a thin film magnetic material, overcoated with a proprietary protective layer for improved durability
and environmental protection.

[1] Supports SCAM Level 1 at the moment. Will support Level 2 when all presently unresolved requirements
are fully defined. As a factory installed option SCAM can be turned off.
