DESCRIPTION: All purpose water repellent designed to provide protection for
a variety of surfaces; water-based proprietary acrylic, low odor and low VOC.

Important: Read all directions thoroughly. Recommended: Wear gloves and
safety glasses.
SURFACE PREP*: Surface must be clean, dry and oil-free. Remove oil stains
with a degreaser like SEAL-KRETE Oil Stain Remover. Make sure all curing
compounds and releasing agents have been removed. Repair cracks and
surface breaks. Cover windows, doors, etc., before application and use
caution when applying on windy days.
Bare Concrete: Concrete must have cured for a minimum of 30 days.
Etch smooth-fi nished concrete (such as basement or garage fl oors) with a
concrete etching solution like SEAL-KRETE Clean-N-Etch.
Note: If etching with muriatic acid the area must be neutralized before
proceeding. For more information visit www.seal-krete.com.
APPLICATION: Read “LIMITATIONS” section before use. This sealer is ready-
to-use; do not dilute. Stir gently; Do not shake (shaking can create air bubbles
which affect fi nish). Apply one even coat with a garden sprayer or roller. Note:
Sealer goes on milky white but dries clear.
Roller: Dampen roller, remove excess water, then saturate roller with
product. Keep a wet edge while rolling. Do not allow to puddle, foam or
run. (Use a 1/4” nap for smooth surfaces, 3/8” nap for rough or porous
surfaces.)
Pump Sprayer: Set at a fi ne spray and apply using a circular motion.
To eliminate puddling or to achieve a more uniform fi nish, backroll
immediately after spraying.
COVERAGE: 150–300 sq.ft. per gallon (varies based on surface porosity).
Apply one coat for dustproofi ng; two coats for a satin fi nish. Second coat
coverage is 50% greater.
DRY TIME: Dry to touch in 1 hour, recoat in 2 hours, allow foot traffi c in 24
hours, vehicular traffi c in 72 hours (77°F, 50% RH).
CLEAN-UP & STORAGE: Clean all tools immediately after use with soap and
water. Store unused product in a dry place above 50°F. Do not use solvent-
based cleaners on surface; clean occasionally with a mild soap and water
solution. KEEP FROM FREEZING.
LIMITATIONS: Temperatures should be 50° to 90°F (10° to 32°C) and
should not fall below 50°F (10°C) within 24 hours of application. Do not
apply if rain is expected within 12 hours. Do not use over acid-based stains
or two part water-based or solvent-based epoxy coatings. Do not use on
glazed tile. Do not use in areas subject to hydrostatic pressure. Smooth-
nished concrete may be slippery when wet; consider using an anti-skid
additive like SEAL-KRETE Clear Grip on high foot traffi c areas.
*Sanding or removing paint containing lead may be hazardous. For information
contact the National Lead Information Center at 1-800-424-LEAD or www.
epa.gov/lead.
CAUTION: Contains 1-phenoxy-2-propanol. Irritating to skin, eyes &
respiratory system. Wear suitable protective clothing, gloves and eye or face
protection.
FIRST AID: SKIN CONTACT: Wash off immediately with soap and water. Seek
medical attention in the event of rashes or persistent irritation. EYE CONTACT:
Flush eyes repeatedly with lukewarm water. Seek medical attention. IF
SWALLOWED: Do not induce vomiting, give 1–2 glasses of water if conscious.
Seek medical attention. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN AND PETS. DO
NOT TAKE INTERNALLY.
